About Kelowna’s Registered Massage Therapist: Patricia Rambold

Patricia Rambold is a Kelowna-based Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and founder of Hands-On Healing. A well-respected professional, Pat graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2000 and has since gone on to complete numerous additional courses and continuing education workshops that further her understanding of the human anatomy and strengthen her innate ability to help you heal.

“When choosing the name for my business, Hands-On Healing, I wanted it to represent who I was and what I did. I use my hands to facilitate healing. I help people decrease their pain levels and improve their quality of life. And over the years I have kept learning new techniques to improve how I help with healing in others.”

Pat was raised in Cranbrook and, after completing high school, went on to complete a two-year arts and sciences certificate. Realizing her passion for learning and helping others, Pat then went on to study at the WCCMT in Vancouver, becoming a Registered Massage Therapist.

Following her graduation, Pat and her husband moved to Kelowna where they started their family and Pat then went on to found Hands-On Healing. Several years later, the Rambold family now includes two children who are both exceptionally talented, high-achieving athletes in sports such as baseball, cheerleading, and gymnastics, who have now since Graduated high school and are furthering their education at a post-secondary level,

When not studying for another massage therapy certification or course, Pat can be found travelling and adventuring with her husband. Pat also loves exploring the outdoors and taking photos, as well as crafting in her free time.

“I pride myself on creating a safe and comfortable environment where people can be vulnerable and heal. I have been in multiple types of pain in my own life, therefore I have a reference to draw upon when being empathetic and connecting with people and their pain, sometimes just simple touch is therapy enough.”
